H.Cegielski-Poznan SA - Diesel Engine and Generating Set Factory Ltd. (FSA) belongs to leading manufacturers of Diesel engines and gas fuel engines. Till 1998 the factory produced and sold its products as W9 - Diesel Engine and Generating Set Factory of H.Cegielski-Poznan S.A. (HCP).

As result of the organization changes, W9 - Diesel Engine and Generating Set Factory was separated from HCP and a new company was establish on 1.01.1999 named Diesel Engine and Generating Set Factory Ltd. (FSA).

The new company completely took over H.Cegielski-Poznan S.A. production and service activity in the range of 4-stroke Diesel and gas fuel engines.

Further company development is based on:

• some decades of experience and industrial tradition of H.Cegielski-Poznan S.A., which Diesel Engine and Generating Set Factory was a part for a long time
• close design and technology co-operation with licensors
• co-operation with shipyards, specialistic firms manufacturing the components for Diesel engines as well as with Poznan and Czestochowa Technical Universities (both in Poland).
